SwaBharatha or our affiliate logistics partner never ask for your personal and confidential data. If you receive an e-mail/call/SMS from a person/association claiming to be from SwaBharatha and seeking confidential information like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such personal and confidential data. If you have already shared such information, please immediately report it to an appropriate law enforcement agency. Here are some examples that fraudsters often use to cheat consumers:

1. Congratulations! You have been nominated as a ‘Top SwaBharatha Customer’ and are now eligible for a special gift. Please share your proof of address and your debit/credit card details to avail this offer.

2. Namaste, you have won a money loaded gift card from SwaBharatha, please share your debit/credit card details to avail this offer.

3. Hi, I’m calling from SwaBharatha. We are happy to let you know that you have won an exclusive lucky draw coupon of Rs. 2000 on your latest purchase. Please share your credit/debit card details so we can credit the money directly into your bank account ". Please be aware of the fraudulent individuals/agencies that are trapping customers.

All offer related communications are sent from an official SwaBharatha email id only. Make sure the mail id ends with swabharatha.com

Yes, You can cancel your order as long as we havent packed it for you. There is no cancellation fee, complete amount of the cancelled order/product(s) will be paid.

You can raise a Return request from 'MyOrders' section under the 'My Account' menu. Select the product(s) to be returned and provide the requested details and click on save.

Product will be picked anywhere between 3 to 6 business days and it may vary as per the logistics partner assigned to pickup your product. 

Refund accepted product's amount will be reflected in the customer account within 1 to 3 business days post Refund initiation.

Register and Login

You can create your SwaBharatha account by clicking on "New User?REGISTER" button under 'Namaste,Login' and fill up the form by entering and verifying your mobile number.

Users of SwaBharatha can login using mobile number and password or mobile number and OTP.

Email is not mandatory to create an account on SwaBharatha. However, adding your email to your account is beneficial in tracking orders, to easily reset your account password and also acts as alternative login method if mobile number does not work.
You can login using your password option to login to your SwaBharatha account.

To have a smooth and faster shopping experience your basic card details are saved and is secure at SwaBharatha. During checkout you can easily make your payment by selecting the saved card. We only store cardholder name, card number and card expiry date. We do not store your card's CVV number or the password.

To add new address click on 'My Account > Address Book > New Address' 

Your email id can be used to login to your account if you loose your login mobile number, for example if you lose your mobile or you just decided to change your number. In such a case, you can enter your email id and choose password o OTP to login.

You can change your mobile number from 'Profile' section under  'My Account'  menu by following 4 simple steps. Click on change mobile, enter new  mobile number, generate OTP for new mobile and enter the OTP and save.

You can login by using other alternative methods, 1. Use your email (or) 2. Use the password that was given during user registration. If none of the things works please drop a mail or call to our customer care with your registered login mobile number. We will enable to reset your password.

Order & Delivery

SwaBharatha needs an user account with your mobile number associated to your profile and verify it with OTP. Which adds better management of your order.

You can check your order at 'My Orders' section under 'My Account' menu.

"Check for Delivery" tool is available on each product page, you can check if your pincode is serviceble or not by entering your area PIN code in the tool. We are constantly updating the PIN codes to the service, for the next time please come back and check to see if this has changed.
The refund/replacement will be processed after the investigation of the case. It usually takes 7-10days

You may not be liable for a refund/replacement, if any of the following is observed :

1.Complaint is not raised within 48 hours of the delivery.

2.Sufficient information is not provided relating to the case.

3.Stated tampered package snapshots are not provided.

4.Received package is not provided.

5.You have used the product for which the complaint is raised.

Cancel & Return

You can cancel your order as long as we haven't shipped it for you, by visiting 'My Orders' under the 'My Account' menu. Also there is an option to cancel selected products and retain the remaining order to be delivered. Refund will be processed into the source account and the details would be shared with you. Also you can track it in the My Account.

Yes, You can cancel an order/a product when it is in packed status. Amount of the canceled order/product will be credited into the same source payment mode using which the payment was made

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have packed, by calling to our customer care service.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI you will receive refund into the source account within 3-7 business days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming a Gift Certificate then your SwaBharatha wallet will credited with the amount.

Amount of the canceled order/product(s) will be refunded into the same source payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order.

Cancel button will not be visisble if the product is already shipped or delivered. However if you wish, you can return the product after delivery with the appropriate reason, provided the product is returnable.

You can raise a return request by following these simple steps: 1. Visit 'My Orders' under 'My Account' 2. Click on 'Return' on the product you wish to return or exchange 3. Fill in the details and raise a return request 4. You can track your returns under 'My Returns' or 'Return Raised' link in the order Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund.
Replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is received by seller. Please check SMS and email for the status update and visit My Returns for more details.

Products that are marked as 'No' for returnable in the product details are not eligible for returns

For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately. If the order has been shipped. refund will be processed as soon as the seller reeives the original product(s).
Yes, the address can be changed within the same pincode of the delivered address.
You can check the date of pick-up and return status by visiting 'My Returns' under 'My Account' of your SwaBharatha account. Also you will receive an email & SMS about your return update.
Yes, SwaBharatha assures complete refund of your cancelled order/product(s) and there is no cancellation charges.

Coupons

You can use a coupon code on the cart page before order placement and avail advantage of the coupon.
Coupon code can be used only once per user.

Payments

Payment options: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking, UPI and Gift Vouchers are supported at SwaBharatha and we process all online payments through PayU which provides secure and encrypted connections for all types of transactions.

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

GST is a single tax charged and decided by the governement of India on the supply of goods and services that is involed in the product's price and  has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer.  At SwaBharatha the price shown on the product page includes GST.

At checkout you can choose the debit card or credit card option. Provide the details of your card number, expiry date, three digit CVV number and continue with the payment. Be assured at SwaBharatha your card informantion is safe and we do not store your card's CVV or password.
